1) We would not take any responsibility for the clothes of the customer beyond 3 (three) weeks of the scheduled delivery date.
2)We are not responsible for colour bleed, colour running, fastness, shrinkage, damages to embroidery work on the articles during processing.
3)We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or jewelry fittings on your clothes getting damaged during the processing
4)We are not manufacturing, we are cleaning the articles So, We shall not be held responsible for damage, shrinkage, holes, cuts, stains, scratches etc. becoming apparent during the Dry Clean or wash process due to defective manufacturing, wear & tear, deterioration, adulteration, and exposure to environment.
5)Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery; we would not be held responsible for any damages that are found after delivery of processed articles.
6)We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc. which are beyond our control or similar incidences.
7) Make sure to provide us correct location address and contact details for the hazel free and in time reach of our representative.
8) Always mention your available pickup as well as delivery time slots to avoid any delay in services.
9) Payment should be done at the time of delivery no any credit will be allowed.
10) Clean Fold is not responsible for any valuables left in the clothes so kindly check the clothes before handing it over to our representative.
11) Kindly cross check the count of your items with the receipt given by our representative in his presence as later Cleanfold will not be responsible for any loss of the item not mentioned in the receipt.
12) We will make our best efforts to deliver the services before 96 hours. However turnover time cannot be guaranteed.
13) Cleaning services might take longer than usual time for deliverable due to heavy rains or technical issues.
14) Clean fold requests you to clear the surroundings during any in-house cleaning process to avoid any damage or breakage to your valuables. However we do not held any responsibility of any damage happen during cleaning process.
15) Minimum Order value is INR 200. However additional delivery charges will be applicable in case of order placed is of lesser price.
16) Cancellation will not be possible once the cleaning service is initiated.
17) Please do not share your login credentials with anyone to avoid issues.
18) Always contact our registered numbers to place order or use the online application.
19) Clean Fold reserves all the rights to make changes in Discounts & prices of our services at any point of time.
20) Once the bill is prepared there is no scope of further discounting.
21) Kindly give your valuable feedback to the registered numbers only.
22) All linen/garments and fabrics at clean fold are handled with the best care but it all depends on the condition of an article if the defect is non-apparent or non-visible In the material or material is color bleedable or shrinkable such garments are cleaned at owner's own risk and company will not accept any responsibility for it.
23) Clean Fold accepts no liability for special care and delicate items that require special attention.
24) Clean Fold is not responsible for the old and ragged/ thread bare fabrics it will also be cleaned at owner's own risk.
25) Company does not take any responsibility for any article left with us beyond 30 days. After the period of 30 days handling and storage changes will be applicable upto 90 days. After that company reserves all rites to sell the article to recover the billing charges.
26) Stain removal is part of the process of cleaning/dry cleaning but company can not guarantee the complete cleaning of the stain.
27) Company gives a warranty of maximum upto 7 days after delivery of the article for any quality related issue with washing/drycleaning of unused article after service . Any claims after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
